The Southern Middle Tennessee Tractor Ride is an annual event that began in 2007.  It provides participants the opportunity to enjoy their tractors while showing them off to fellow ride participants and event spectators.  Tractors and participants of any age and model are welcome at the event, provided that they adhere to appropriate safety standards.  No alcoholic beverages are allowed at the Ride.

5th Annual Southern Middle Tennessee Tractor Ride

This year's tractor ride is scheduled to begin at 9:00 am Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the Shady Grove Community Center in Coffee County.  The building will open at 6:00 am.  Registration and a pedal tractor ride will begin in front of the Community Center at 8:00 am, and the driver's meeting will begin at 8:30 am.  There will not be a "Slow Ride" this year.  Tractors should be able to maintain a speed of 10.5 mph.  There is no registration fee, but donations will be accepted to cover the costs of the event, including advertising, building rental, and several other expenses incurred for the event.
